Mintha Roach - President and Chief Executive Officer

Roach oversees the direction of the utility. She is appointed by the KUB Board of Commissioners.

Bill Elmore - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Elmore oversees engineering, plants, construction, and operations related to KUB's four utility services.

Eddie Black - Senior Vice President

Black oversees customer service, information services, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Mark Walker - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Board Secretary

Walker oversees finance and accounting functions at KUB and also serves as Secretary for the Board of Commissioners.

Mike Bolin - Vice President

Bolin is the Vice President of system operations and overhead construction.

Julie Childers - Vice President

Childers is the Vice President of all engineering functions and asset management.

Susan Edwards - Vice President

Edwards is the Vice President of community relations, communications, human resources, and environmental stewardship.

Derwin Hagood - Vice President

Hagood is the Vice President of information services and business processes.

Wayne Loveday - Vice President

Loveday is the Vice President of laboratory services, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Dawn Mosteit - Vice President

Mosteit is the Vice President of customer service and support functions.

Paul Randolph - Vice President

Randolph is the Vice President of underground construction and treatment plants.

Dennis Upton - Vice President

Upton is the Vice President of procurement, properties, and transportation.
