KUB’s automated phone system is a quick and easy way to obtain your billing information, pay on your account, or report service outages 24 hours a day. All customers who call KUB’s Customer Service number, (865) 524-2911, have the option of using the automated system.
If you are a SelectPay customer, you can use the phone system to draft your payment request anytime you choose.
Please have your customer account number ready. Call (865) 524-2911. As soon as the automated voice recording begins, press the appropriate keys from the options below. EXAMPLE – For residential bill information, press 2-1-1.
