Annual Reports

The tough economy this past fiscal year challenged KUB, our customers, and our community to find new ways to meet ongoing needs. Our 2009 Annual Report details how we managed costs, deferred rate increases, continued to maintain our systems, and helped our customers manage their bills.

KUB’s annual report also includes recent initiatives, our corporate structure, and a management report on the financial status of each division.

Under the Knoxville City Charter, KUB must keep funds for the electric, gas, water, and wastewater divisions separate. Rates collected for each division must be used only to support that division.
