Service Requests

Whether you are completely new to KUB service or moving from one KUB-served address to another, you can make a variety of service requests online.

For example, you may be building a new business and need service to power the construction. Or, you may be moving into a newly built property and need to start service there.

Two simple forms available online will help you stop service and/or start service.

Please note: If you have existing service and are requesting service at a new address, you must fill out both forms. One form cancels service at your old address, and one starts service at your new address.
