Have you been thinking of purchasing a new heating and cooling system?

Through March 31, 2010, you can get a special promotional interest rate of 6 percent on a high efficiency heat pump through the energy right Heat Pump Program. The promotional rate will apply to all heat pumps with a minimum of SEER 14 (Split or Packaged) and Advanced Heat Pumps. (SEER is an abbreviation for seasonal energy efficiency rating.)

High efficiency heat pumps that do not meet the minimum 14 SEER requirements can still be financed under energy right at the usual program rate of 8 precent. You can finance with no money down, take up to ten years to pay, and have your low monthly payments conveniently added to your KUB bill.
