One-Bill Option

Reduce the number of bills in your mailbox every month and simplify paying your bill, too. If you have multiple KUB accounts, you can sign up now to have all of your services combined into a single monthly bill.

By signing up for KUB’s One-Bill Option, you will receive the billing information for all of your services at the same time – in one envelope. And one bill means you send only one check each month.

To take advantage of this option, just send your name, phone number, address, and the account numbers you want to combine to Customer Service or contact a Customer Service Representative at (865) 524-2911. Please type all account numbers to be combined in the comment section of the Customer Service form.
