Other Payment Options for Residential Customers
Pay Your Bill By Phone
BillMatrix Corporation accepts KUB bill payments by phone for a small fee. To pay by credit card or debit card, call 1-800-405-7951 (this toll free number is designated for credit or debit card payments only - do not use this number to report an outage).
Bank Payments
Many area banks accept KUB payments as a courtesy to their customers. Check with your financial institution to see if it accepts KUB payments. Please note: Check cashing companies are not authorized by KUB to accept payments.
To pay your KUB bill at your bank, you must:
1. Present your current KUB bill to the teller.
2. Make your payment for the full balance.
3. Pay on or before the due date on the bill.
Bank tellers are not authorized to accept payments for accounts with a Final Notice or partial payments. Please allow 5 business days for your payment to be applied when paying at an area bank.

KUB includes a blue return envelope in your monthly statement for your convenience. However, if you cannot locate your envelope, you may mail your check or money order to KUB at:
