Project Help Donations

Thank you for your interest in helping your neighbors stay warm this winter. To donate online at this time, KUB customers can make a recurring monthly pledge by using the form below or make a one-time donation by following the instructions at the bottom of the page.

Remember: KUB will add the pledge amount you enter below to your bill each month, unless you cancel your pledge.

Please fill out the information below to set up your recurring monthly pledge:

One-Time Donation Instructions

• Log in to your KUB account, which will take you to the My Account page. You will need to register if you have not already set up a user name and password.
• Choose Payment Options.
• Choose One-Time Bank Draft. [*AutoPay customers please see note below.] If you are not already set up for bank drafts (SelectPay), you will need to provide your bank account information.
• Click on the box at the bottom of the page that says "Add a one-time Project Help donation," then enter your donation amount. Your donation will be drafted from your bank account.

*Note: The One-Time Bank Draft option is not available if you have your KUB bill automatically drafted from your bank account with AutoPay. AutoPay customers can still make a monthly pledge using the form above or may make a one-time donation at a KUB payment kiosk. (The kiosk provider does not charge a use fee for donations.)

If you would like to mail a one-time donation to Project Help, you can use the form on the back of your bill, or simply send a check to:
