Report a Service Outage
If you are logged in to your Web account, you can report service trouble on your electric, water, and wastewater services. You must report natural gas service trouble to KUB by phone to help ensure a rapid response. If you are experiencing trouble with your gas service, please contact us at 865-524-2911. [Note: if you suspect a gas leak in your home, leave immediately and call KUB from another location.]
Before reporting service trouble, you will want to gather information concerning your trouble. Use the following suggestions as a guide:
Electric
Have you seen or heard an explosion? Is a wire hanging low or lying on the ground? Is there a tree or limb on the power lines? Have you lost power throughout the building or just in part of the building?
Water
Where is the location of the water trouble? Is there flooding anywhere? Is the trouble throughout the building or just in part of the building?
Wastewater
How long have you been experiencing the trouble? Is the trouble throughout the building or just in part of the building? Has there been a sewer overflow?

report trouble with a public streetlight whether or not you have logged in to the Web site.
