BillMatrix

KUB accepts credit card, ATM/debit card, and PayPal payments via web or phone in partnership with BillMatrix. BillMatrix will process your KUB payment for a fee of $3.50 for residential accounts or $35 for business accounts.

To pay your bill online using BillMatrix, register your KUB account online or log in.

To pay your bill by phone, call BillMatrix toll free at 1-800-405-7951 or call KUB’s Automated Phone System at (865) 524-2911. (BillMatrix’s toll free number is designated for payments only – do not use this number to report an outage.)
