Keep Your Phone Number Up to Date
A correct number helps KUB access your account more quickly when you call and lets you easily report outages on our automated system. Update your number on your bill stub, or by logging into your account and navigating to the Service Location tab, below your Account Summary, and choose Edit next to Service Phone.
Web Sites: kub.org and kubkids.org
Find information on our utility services, view or pay your bill, place orders online, check a log of any recent sewer overflows, or sign up for services like BalancedPay and Green Power. Our KUB kids site is a fun and educational place where children can learn safety and conservation tips.
Note: E-mail is for non-emergency requests and will only be answered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Call any time to report leaks, outages, or other emergencies. When the automated voice recording begins:
Press 2-1 for a gas emergency
Press 2-2 for an electric outage or emergency
Press 2-3 for a water emergency
Press 2-4 for a wastewater emergency

Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist you with billing inquiries, service orders, or questions. Please have your customer account number ready. Call (865) 524-2911 and select the appropriate self-service option from the menu. Our automated system supports both speech and Touch-Tone entry, and is available in both English and Spanish.
