Streetlight Outages

To report a streetlight outage, click here. Only streetlight issues can be accepted. Streetlight outage reports are monitored during business hours only.

Power Outage or Service Problem

To report a power outage or other service problem, you must log in to your account to report a power outage or service problem. After logging in, navigate to the My Account section and then choose Report Outage or Service Problem.

Natural Gas Outage

You must report natural gas service trouble to KUB by phone to help ensure a rapid response. If you are experiencing trouble with your gas service, please content us at 865-524-2911. [Note: if you suspect a gas leak in your home, leave immediately and call KUB from another location.]
