Statement of Applicant
I wish to be considered as a nominee submitted by the Knoxville Utilities Board to the Mayor of Knoxville for appointment to fill a seven-year term on the Board of Commissioners beginning January 1, 2018. I acknowledge by my initials below that I meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Further, I acknowledge that if I am selected for this position by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, I agree to complete an annual conflicts of interest disclosure form and accept this appointment as a KUB Commissioner.
