Knoxville Utilities Board is a municipal utility (not for profit), serving Knox and parts of seven adjacent counties, and provides reliable electric, fiber, natural gas, water, and wastewater services to more than 486,000 customers.

This application is for a seven-year term to serve on KUB's Board of Commissioners beginning January 2025. Completed applications must be received no later than noon on September 12, 2024, and the application process will conclude in the fall of 2024.

The conduct of public officials, including KUB commissioners, is governed by provisions of Tennessee law. Accordingly, KUB's Board has adopted an Ethics Policy establishing standards of conduct for KUB commissioners, officers, and employees.

I wish to be considered as a nominee submitted by the Knoxville Utilities Board to the Mayor of Knoxville for appointment to fill a seven-year term on the Board of Commissioners.
