KUB encourages you to view our 2014 Water Quality Report. It contains important information on the source and quality of your drinking water. We no longer automatically mail a paper copy, unless you request one. For a paper copy, please call 524-2911 (Espanol: llame y presione el numero 8).

To view your account information, pay your bill, report outages, or change your contact information, please register (even if you were registered on the former site) to the Web site or login if you already have a username and password.

You will need the following information to register:

  • Account Number (Your 10-digit KUB account number is located on the bottom portion of your bill.)
  • Billing ZIP code (Your billing ZIP code is located on the bottom portion of your bill.)
  • ID Number (Last 4 Digits of Account Holders Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number)
