On Friday, April 28, KUB will perform system upgrades on its customer information system beginning at 6 p.m. This work will last approximately 24 hours, and during this time several customer services will be unavailable. Unavailable services include online outage reporting, online bill pay as well as bill payment at CheckFree locations, payment kiosks, and by phone. Customers with outages or other utility emergencies may still call 524-2911.
Don’t put unwanted medicine down drains/in the trash. Take it to the Healthy Living Expo [Knoxville Convention Center] or Food City [Chapman Hwy.] April 28, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., or April 29, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. [dates for both sites].
