This is done through providing various ways for customers to pay their bills, but it is also achieved by taking the extra step and providing assistance programs like Round It Up for weatherization and Project Help for emergency energy needs.

KUB customers can choose to round their bills up to the next dollar through the Round It Up program. More than 1,700 homes have been weatherized through RIU, TVA's Knoxville Extreme Energy Makeover and Home Uplift funds.
