In no event shall Knoxville Utilities Board be liable to the Customer for more than the amount of the rebate received by the Customer under this program. Nothing in the rebate program shall be interpreted to limit or prevent the protections afforded to Knoxville Utilities Board under the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act (T.C.A § 29-20-101 et seq.).
