Grease Control Program: Mobile Food Unit
Grease control is necessary to keep the wastewater system working properly and avoid issues like sewer backups and odors at commercial facilities, as well as public sewer overflows. Food service facilities that discharge wastewater into KUB’s collection system must comply with all aspects of KUB's Wastewater Rules and Regulations, which includes KUB’s Grease Control Program (GCP).
KUB’s GCP requires all Food Service Facilities to submit a GCP Permit Application. The standard Grease Control Program permitting fee is $125 per year unless otherwise stated. GCP permits are non-transferrable. Please review KUB's Grease Control Program prior to submitting a permit application.
