KUB’s Levelized Billing Plan (LBP) is a budgeted payment program designed to make managing monthly utility bills easier.
With LBP, KUB recalculates your bill each month based on your latest 12 months of consumption history. LBP helps keep your bills more level by lessening the impact from extremely hot or cold weather.
