PrePay Billing

KUB’s PrePay Billing option allows customers to pay their bills on their schedule. PrePay allows customers to pay for their utility services before they use them. Customers deposit funds into their KUB accounts and are given regular updates on their balances.

Customers may fill out an online form or call 865-524-2911 to speak with a Customer Service Representative to enroll in PrePay.

New customers are required to complete an I.D. check only. KUB will not require a credit check to start PrePay services.
