SelectPay, KUB’s free bank draft option
SelectPay, KUB’s free bank draft option, allows customers to have their utility payment drafted from their bank or credit union account on demand.
By signing up for SelectPay, customers may:
- Decide each month if they want to draft their payment or use another method
- Choose to pay the entire amount at one time or pay a portion one day and the rest later
- Select the date the payment will draft by paying online or calling KUB’s Automated Phone System
To use SelectPay, register or log in to use the My Account features where customers can make a no-fee payment today. Customers may also use the form on the back of their bill.
Once enrolled, customers may use SelectPay online or can call KUB’s Automated Phone System at (865) 524-2911 and select Billing - Payment (Touch-Tone options 3 -2), then enter their account number and choose SelectPay(Touch-Tone option 2).
