If you have been notified about upcoming tree pruning in your area and you have questions, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your concerns before crews begin work on your property.

Call the Vegetation Management Hotline at (865) 558-6658 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Customers with utility emergencies or other needs after hours should call (865) 524-2911.
