KUB exists to serve our customers. Our customers are diverse, and we strive to make decisions that meet their needs as we deliver on our mission to provide safe, reliable, and affordable utility services.
KUB’s Community Advisory Panel was established in 2020 to seek input from our customers on key policy matters that impact them and to share that input with KUB’s Board of Commissioners. The panel’s members represent a diversity of viewpoints, experience, and expertise. Click here to learn more about the Panel members.

2. Environmental protection advocates
3. Representatives of neighborhoods served by KUB
4. City of Knoxville representatives
5. Representatives of the business community
The Oct. 21, 2021 Community Advisory Panel meeting will be held at KUB's Mintha E. Roach Conference and Training Center at 4505 Middlebrook Pike Knoxville, TN 37921 and live streamed at a link posted below on Oct. 21 for viewing. For the safety of meeting attendees, COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
The panel meeting schedule is provided in the table below. To sign up to address the panel, please call 865-594-7331 by 5 p.m. the day before each meeting.
